I hope you enjoy my blog. Jake and I are on an adventure centered around sustainable food. We began with an internship on a small scale sustainable farm in Northern California, Chico, to be exact. The farm specializes in vegetables, particularly heirloom tomatoes, many lettuce varieties, and walnuts. There’s tons of other veggies around though 🙂 It’s been a crazy busy first 3 weeks, but check back often to see what’s new and in the mean time try to shop as locally as possible for your food and have fun cooking delicious and nutritious meals!
